| The primary goal for this project was to renovate and expand the existing facility to improve client and patient experience beyond those currently had at local veterinary clinics. The following are a few of the client patient improvements.
1. Improved reception area: This area will have the feel of an outdoor courtyard. Vaulted ceilings, wicker furniture seating, natural light, tile floors, and large wall murals will create a stress-free setting while clients and patients arrive for their visits. There will also be a pet boutique where clients can spoil their furry loved ones with unique gifts.
2. Luxury pet condominiums. Clients will be able to board their pets in luxurious suites while on vacation. Whether feline or canine, each suite will have soft bedding, radiant floor heating, music, and considerable space. Imagine being able to board your pet in comfort while having access to immediate medical care in the event of an emergency.
3. Client and patient training. Small group and individual training in the new meeting room. Classes such as training new or difficult pets will be offered in a setting where individual attention can be offered.
4. Comfort and consult room. A private room away from the public for those difficult and often emotional moments that can occur. This room is located so that the interaction with the public during and after these moments is kept to a minimum.
Other improvements include a dedicated dental suite, expanded surgery suite, a dedicated ICU room where patients can be observed and recover undisturbed, and expanded exam rooms to improve the out-patient experience. |
